By placing an order through the Beiged Online Store you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these terms, in addition to the Site Terms.Beiged is operated as a sole trader account under the owner "Shelley Down"

This website is owned by Beiged (Shelley Down) and all content included on this site, such as text, graphics and images is the property of Beiged and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. 

All product prices except where noted (e.g. sale pricing) represents the full retail price of the item. All prices are in $NZD and are inclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST). Prices exclude delivery costs which will be added at checkout.Before completing your order you will be required to pay in full. 

The price charged to your credit card may change due to exchange rate fluctuations. That is because we are based in New Zealand and we have to convert your purchase to your currency on the day the order is processed.

Beiged strives to be as accurate as possible when describing products on our site. But please note there is room for minor error and discrepancies. If this has occurred, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange or return. 

We do not provide refunds or exchanges on any sale items. If the item is faulty and we are have stock a replacement will be provided. If there is no replacement available a refund will be issued. 

Although extremely rare if there is an error made where an item is sold when it is out of stock you will be notified and receive a full refund as soon as possible. 

Beiged has the right to cancel any order at any time.
