Refund and Exchanges
We do not provide refunds for change of mind. However if you contact us and return the item within the first 7days, you can exchange the product for another item or store credit. The product must be unworn, unwashed and in original purchase condition including all tags and packaging. Please contact us for return delivery address. After the first 7 days, all sales become final.
All sale purchases are final, which means no returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty so please choose carefully.
For all requests please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you receive your item/s. Please provide us with your order number and reason for exchange. You will then be supplied with the return address and all items need to be returned to us within 7 days. The shipping cost of returning the items is at your expense.
Damaged or faulty items
In the extremely rare event that you receive a faulty product please contact us as soon as possible and return the faulty item for a full replacement and refund of the shipping costs.
